Please read the following carefully before making a reservation:
● The hotel reservation period is: May 25, 2019 – August 20, 2019
● Your booking is confirmed only upon full payment.
● Please complete the online payment within 2 calendar days from the date of your booking; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
● For cancellation after full payment, the following cancellation policy shall apply:
    o If you cancel before August 1, 2019, your full payment will be deducted by 5% handling fee and you will be refunded by the 95% of your payment.
    o If you cancel on August 1, 2019 or later, you will not be refunded at all (means you would lose all your full payment). 
● Room rates are contract prices between the appointed agent and the hotel. The rates include of 1-2 breakfast (according to the actual number of guests, except 1-Bedroom Suite only 1 Breakfast included), VAT & service charges, but exclude any bank charge service fees and incidental charges.
● You may be asked by the hotel to leave a deposit either in cash or with a credit card when you check-in, in accordance with the hotel policy.
● Additional charge will be applied if extra bed is requested.
● Please fill in the guest names exactly the same as the printed name in passport under the Personal Information page, in order to avoid any trouble during your check-in.
● Any special requests may lead to additional charges.
● Check-in time is 14:00 while the check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may lead to additional charges.
● According to the policy of the hotel, staying in the same hotel for at least 2 nights covering September 6&7 is required.”
